This is the home of Southgate Old Scholars Association.
Currently the association is formed of these clubs; Southgate County FC, Southgate Compton CC, Southgate Compton Cribbage Club, Southgate Compton Table Tennis and Chase Side Youth FC.

All former pupils, parents and staff are warmly encouraged to remain part of the Southgate School community. The Southgate Alumni offers sporting opportunities, once they have left the school and for some, whilst they remain at school. It encourages and enables former pupils to keep in touch with each other and with the school.
Early school magazines indicate the Old Scholars Association for boys formed in 1910, with a football team, playing in the North London League. The girls followed a year later, with a tennis club.

Throughout the years the association has had many clubs for old boys and girls, some still stand strong but some are no longer running. In its prime the list of clubs were, football, cricket, netball, hockey, tennis, scientific, swimming and drama

The associations current home is The Clubhouse @Hadley Sports Field, Chalk Lane, Cockfosters EN4 9JG, where the cricket and youth teams play their games and the other clubs use to meet, host and offer hospitality after their matches.
​
SOSA is the umbrella organisation that supports the general upkeep of the club house, pavilion and running of the bar.
