Southgate Compton Cricket Club

Southgate Compton Cricket Club was formed from a merger between Southgate County Old Boys and Compton cricket clubs in 1970.

We’re a friendly, family-orientated local cricket club, much like village clubs of old. 

​

For alumni, our adult side plays Saturday league cricket, in the Saracens Herts Cricket League, whilst on Sunday’s we play friendly cricket with the emphasis on giving all a game.

​

Whilst, for those still at Southgate, we run a Colts (junior) section. We provide an extensive coaching and training programme for our Colts, aged 8 to 15. This starts with indoor training in the spring, before moving on to Monday night sessions during the season. Our Under 11s, Under 13s and Under 15s play in the Middlesex Colts Leagues
